If you are have a problem where you get a error message, it would be very helpful to take a screen shot of the problem to send to our support.

Steps to take a screen shot

1. Hit Ctrl + Print Screen, this will take the screen shot

2. Open Paint via Start--> Programs-->Accessories-->Paint

3. Once Paint is open, go to Edit --> and then paste or you can hit Ctrl + V.

4. Go to File--> Save As... Name it "Screen Shot" and change the File Type to a *.jpg, save it to a location you can remember (i.e. Desktop, or My Documents) as you will need to attach this to the e-mail you will send to our support.
