Return Policy

All Returns or exchanges must be accompanied with a valid invoice or sales receipt.

If a invoice or sales receipt is not provided we will not exchange any product, system, or software.  Products or Software that is opened WILL NOT be exchanged.

Computer Systems -

NO REFUNDS are given on Computer Systems. Every effort is made to ensure the quality of our custom built system.  If a defect is found we will gladly repair or replace the unit for you. You are covered by a 1 year warranty from PSC Computers from the date on the invoice.

Special Orders & Parts

NO REFUNDS are given on special order parts or parts that are opened.  NO EXCEPTIONS

Extend Warranties are available for purchase of $99.99 per year

This warranty DOES NOT cover the following:

Viruses

Spyware

Adware

Misuse

Dropping of a computer

Physical Damage

Electrical Brownouts, surges, or lightning (Check with you home owners insurances as it may be covered)

Fire (Check with you home owners insurances as it may be covered)

And/or Random Acts of God

Computer Hardware-

Any separate computer hardware is covered by the manufacture warranty.  If the product is in the Limited Warranty covered by the manufacture we will replace the hardware within this time period. A valid receipt is required for exchanges and will not be accepted otherwise.

Software-

Software is NOT refundable under any circumstance.  Absolutely no refunds on Software media will be given at any time.
